Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we want you, the customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please inspect your purchase on delivery.
Your order will be delivered by our own distribution team. Please inspect your order and if you find a fault you may reject it and return it immediately, we will then arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations of Items
Custom/Made to Measure Items
These will not be eligible for refund (as per the Distance Selling Regulations exception of custom made goods) unless the items have not been manufactured at the time of cancellation or are defective.
Where items have been manufactured if the items have not been despatched then delivery charges will be refunded where possible.
E-mail Addresses and Phone Numbers
By purchasing from our store you agree that we may contact you by e-mail or phone numbers you have provided. Such contact will be for the purposes of clarification or notification of orders, including (but not limited to); processing and delivery. We will not contact you with marketing/offers or pass on your e-mail and/or phone number unless we are required by applicable laws to do so.
